Jessica discovered Pilates after a back injury that took her away from doing the active things she loves to do. She very quickly made huge improvements and fell in love with what Pilates can do for the body. Pilates made such a difference in her life that she choose to share her positive experiences with others by becoming an instructor.
She became comprehensively certified in Mat, reformer, Stability chair, Cadillac, barrel, TRX as well as Special Populations.
Her classes put an emphasis on form, fun and hard work, her clients can expect a challenging and rewarding session tailored to their individual needs and goals.
Jessica believes in the ability of Pilates to make you better at everything you do. She looks forward to the opportunity to share her knowledge with clients and give them noticeable results.
Staying active and fit is an integral part of her life. When she is not in the studio you can find her on her bike cycling through the hill country enjoying the outdoors, or hanging out with her husband and 5 kids.
